I vote over - hubby always puts under.
LOL... under! I like it close to the wall to conserve air space...lol!
You know I really didn't think about this til a few weeks ago. I always fill the TP holder but the holder ran out on my DH and he put a new roll on it. When I was reaching to get the TP it was upside down. I was telling a friend about it and my DH says " I still don't understand the big deal." It really isn't a big deal it was just done wrong, LOL.
