Toilet paper - under or over?

It just looks neater with the paper running along the wall. I know it's against the tide, but if you come to my house and "fix" it, I'll fix it right back.

I solved our issue in that arena, by switching to soft flannel.
Talk about a money saver!!!!

And no, there is absolutely no smell associated with it. That is the honest truth!
I do keep rolls of the chemical laden money waster for company though.
