Is there any interest in eggs next spring from these little guys?

Didn't realize there was a silver Leghorn. I knew of the white and brown leghorns. Do they lay in the winter? My white leghorns are producing pretty well this winter.

Yes, I have been getting 2 eggs a day from the 3 hens, but its too cold to ship. They are little Machines!!

That is one beautiful rooster(are the hens a brownish color or is that the light?). How's their temperment? Are they as flighty and nervous as the Whites?

Quote:
The hens are actually a Grey color, with a rusty colored chest.

I was actually pretty surprised at how tame the hens were, but the rooster took a while to catch.

Darn! What a shame they are bantams! I have nothing against bantams mind you...it's just that the DH has said full sized chickens or nothing at all!

ooh they are lovely! Unfortunately I live in Australia, so out of the question for me to get some from you... but I love them anyway!
