I am wanting to get my 1st incubator and I like this one! King Suro 20

Would anyone recommend this... and where is the cheapest place to get this?

Anyone had good or bad luck with this?

Thanks for any information.

I have my first hatch going in this. I LOVE the incubator. Holds temp and humidity rock solid. It's truly set it and forget it. Temp and humidity comes right back up within just a few minutes of opening the lid. I went into lockdown last night, and 20 out of 27 SHIPPED eggs made it into lockdown. I'd say that's fairly good odds. I don't remember where I purchased it, but maybe froogle.com it to see what comes up.

Got my eggs in my new one like this too. Absolutely rock solid temp/humidity. Literally plug and play. But be sure to double check the temp/humidity when you first crank it up to be absolutely sure the read-out is correct. As long as the humidity is within a few percentage points and the temp is close, you're good to go.

http://www.jmtdistributors.com/rcom-20-digital-incubat.html is the one I have... it was on sale for not much more than the King Suro & looked like it took up less counter space.

Set & forget, easy to clean, nice window; all I added was a sheet of drawer liner (I think it was actually from a box of peaches) for the hatch.
The newest thing I discovered was that they turn without the rails; the last hatch didn't all fit so I left out a few rails and watched... they all turned

The RCOM 20 is remarkably easy to clean isn't it. I just finished my first hatch and I just unlocked it, vacumed it out, disinfected it and that was it. Took about 10-15 minutes.

You know, I blew it and didn't put anything down on the floor before lockdown and because of it I kept having to open the incubator and move the chicks to the brooder. Next time I am putting a hatching mat down and leaving them in there. And I wanted to fit in more eggs but didn't know they would still turn without the dividers. That's good to know. The window is great on this one as well-full visibility.

That's why I opted to go with the rcom 20. The big picture window. Aside from that, they are both set and forget, maintain great temp and humidity. The rcom 20 has a pretty cool way of turning eggs, LOL

Hi all,

After reading many post about the r-com king suro 20, I wanted to purchase one as well, and possibly from the web-site everyone is recommending.

How much was the shipping cost? Or total cost in general. Everyone is saying they paid 300, so does that mean that you paid 15 dollars for shipping?

Since its on sale for 285 now, how much did people pay for it plus shipping? Or would there be other websites that sell for cheaper?

This website sells for 297, but how much is their shipping?

Kemp's Koops charges more for shipping than JMT distributors. At least they did about a month ago- $44
I think JMT charges something like $15

$283.95 Is how much I paid for mine from JMT...The incubator was $249 and the rest was the shipping costs....Your are going to love your new incubator!

Hi all,

I purchased my first new incubator! After weeks and weeks of research and constant confusion between all these incubators, Genesis, Hova-bator, Brinsea...Eco or Advance...ahhhh the headache...and then finally the King Suro20, and that just added to my confusion.

In the very end...I decided, and I have bought the KING SURO20!

R-com King Suro 20 (NEW)" IN STOCK- ON SALE NOW" $285.00 1 $285.00
Subtotal: $285.00
Shipping: $19.34
Total: $304.34

sigh...wish it was at 249...but 20 dollar difference... shipping cost was not bad at all.

Can't wait to get it, use it...

Thanks!
