Contest Details:
This is a contest to see who has the BEST PHOTO of "KIDS & CHICKENS"!
The winner of the contest will receive 24 CUSTOM EGG CARTON LABELS, designed by me and the winner collaboratively!

The Rules:
1. The bird(s) and/or kid(s) can be of any age/breed/gender. We are an equal-opportunity contest.
2. Photos may be submitted April 14-April 21, 2010. Photos entered after April 21st will not be considered in the judging, but admired for their artistic value alone.
3. Maximum photo entries per member: THREE (please put the name & breed of chicken(s) on your photo for ease of reference).
4. Voting by BYC members will occur April 22-April 24th.
5. On April 21st, I will decide upon the top FIVE photo entries and create a VOTING POLL in a separate thread.
6. On Sunday, April 25th, I will announce the winner!
How the judging works:
1. I will do the preliminary judging and select the Top FIVE entries.
2. Preliminary judging will be based upon the following criteria:
a) For purposes of preliminary judging, BEST means: beautiful, pretty, fun, amusing, regal, quirky, funny, unusual, absurd, interesting OR otherwise distinctive;
b) The quality and/or creativity of the picture will be taken into account (ie: if your photo is very blurry or too far away to see clearly, youre not likely to be in the top five). You dont have to be a professional photographer, but we dont want to have to work hard to see what the subjects look like.
c) On April 22nd the top 5 entries will be submitted to the BYC community for voting!
Please PM me with any questions (I will post questions and answers here that seem relevant to all entrants).
NOTE: This contest is sponsored by ADozenGirlz, a Golden Feather Member, NOT by BYC. The interpretation of the rules and any judgment calls necessary to be made will be interpreted at the sole discretion of ADozenGirlz.
