Banty roo...any idea what he might b?

Strange.... The hatchery he came from doesnt offer that breed. I looked at pics of day old crele s and that not what he looked like.
Looks slightly like my maran cockerel when he was younger. but with creamy orangey bits?
Could it be a dutch? My 2 little ones are feathering out with those sort of markings.
