If you're in Central PA a lot of the AG stores, Tractor Supply and even Pet Stores sell them.
I bought mine at Stromburges beacuse no one in my area sells leg bands

I found different colored zip ties at TSC. They were small and not too thick and had 5 different colors. With just 11 hens I wanted to band, that was plenty for me by putting some on left leg, some on right, different combo's etc. If you had a whole lot of chickens I guess a poultry supply place would have more selection.

Our city hands them out with the permits... thier mandatory!! Crazy things anyway.... They only come in large quantities!!
I can't remember who, but someone on BYC sells them. They are pretty nifty!
I didn't get bands, but bought peepers at nationalband.com They were the cheapest by far.
