I am most happy with the Freedom Ranger chicks that I bought from Kendall Fox at Freedom Ranger Hatchery

All 26 arrived bright eyed and full of pep. Didn't lose one. I don't think I've ever seen healthier chicks, including my own!

I am going out in a little while to check on them, and will take a picture & post here.

I was pleasantly surprized today when I looked at them, they are much bigger and plumper! It seems like they bulked up overnight! (I know they did't really)

I'll be posting weights in a few weeks, when they might at least get to a lb. or so.

ps so far, not so poopy...
 
Took picks today at 10 day s old. I can see they are twick as tall, and have developed big breasts, wide stance between legs.

So quickly growing, they are already way bigger than the turkey poults I have in with them that are a week older.

Chickis standing next to waterer. Its on a 2 inch stand, so chicks would be almost half as tall as the waterer already.
