If it's a single comb and you look really closely, you should be able to see a little straight "serrated" edge. With a rose or pea comb, it will probably look like a flat kind of triangular looking fleshy area.
 
its legs yellowish pink,has bigish eyes, and a little curled up tail

That's what I though, its not a Dark Cornish.

it said cornish on the cage.......its legs are thick like one and there almost yellow and i just looked at the tail its getting the color of a dark cornish hen
