4 week old RIRxOlive Egger Cross

A- RIR X Grey Easter Egger
Uncertain. Stance says Cockerel, but hatchling striping says pullet.
B- The one already Posted
Pullet
C- RIR X Black and Gold Easter Egger
Pullet. Look at the horizontal stance, head down in nearly every picture
D- RIR X Rhode Island Blue
Cockerel. Head up and forward, looking at everything straight on. Almost challenging. Comb already turning pink.
E- RIR X Delaware
Cockerel. Head up and forward, looking at everything straight on. Also very little head stripe on a very pale head.

Here’s 4 of them. I’ll have to get better pics of the last one because she’s growing so fast.

Chick A:
With that red father, chick A must be male.
His mother has the Silver gene and he inherited it. A pullet would be some shade of red/gold instead.

Chick E:
With a Delaware mother, any chick that shows gold/red must be female, because a male will show silver (white) and will also have white barring.
So either chick E is female, or you have a mixup about which hen is actually the mother.

For the other chicks, gold/red color does not tell whether the chick is a male or female.

If E is a RIRxDelawate that combination creates sex linked offspring, gold pullets and silver (split for gold) cockerels. Which would make that one 100% female based on the down color!
That does raise a question. Is the dad straight RIR, or the RIRxSussex?

Dad is a RIR/Speckled sussex. His mom was the speckled sussex!

And I labeled all eggs as they were laid so I could know which baby belonged to which mom!

In that case, chick A is male and E is female. I don't have any guesses about the others at this point.
Thank you!! I’ll post more as they get older as well so we start getting better ideas!
