Help! day 23 and a chirping egg PICS ADDED!

On day 21 I had one chick hatch. Now I hear one egg chirping. It's been chirping since late last night, it is now 1pm the next day. How long can they chirp inside without pipping? I'm so sad to have such a low hatch rate. I don't want to help and do harm but also don't want to let the little one die in the egg. Humidity is 61% and temp 99.3 in a hovabator.
Any suggestions????

No pipping yet. I thought that was the right temp for an incubator with a fan? How long can they go in there? I only hear chirping from the one egg. Just listened. Still chirping!

Thank you! I'm so worried it will run out of air or becoming shrink wrapped in there or something. Obviously I'm new at this! So you think it will be okay. It seems to chirp less than yesterday and I don't see the egg move as I did yesterday, but when I put my ear up to it I can hear it.
 
It's now 11pm, end of day 23. The one I hear chirping is still at it, albeit not as loudly and no longer rocking the egg around. I picked it up and hear soft chirps and a delicate tapping sound. I heard this more loudly last night. I candled the other eggs and they all seem still and quiet. I misted the bator and closed it up. What to do???? The live egg looks 3/4 full, like it has a large air sac, but I see only the tiniest bit of movement. Please help! I did have temp fluctuations throughout and won't use this borrowed incubator again, (if I ever attempt to hatch again- I had no idea how stressfull this is!). Only one has hatched out of 13 viable eggs that I candled before lockdown. My hatchling needs a friend and I don't want to lose this one!

The air cell. Use tweezers to make a small hole and make sure you break the membrane.
