Its a Modernist, high-end chicken coop, Mr. Ramsey said. Its like the condo craze of two years ago, except youre building this luxury condominium for chickens. Requests from two Manhattan clients led to the idea for the product.

WOW!!!!! That is crazy......how in the world to they justify that price tag? It makes the $400 rabbit hutch I saw on CL today look downright thrifty

Wow that is insane!!! Only an idiot would buy that!!!! It would have to come with a LOT bigger coop, the run and some really nice chickens for that price!!!

If someone will hand me $3500, I'll build them a very nice 8x8 coop with all the bells and whistles that will actually stand the test of time and hold a few actual chickens.

I have some OCEAN FRONT PROPERTY here in AZ that I would love to sell. I know I have a buyer now that I just seen that "COOP".
I build better for way less. However I'm thinking on raising my prices after seeing that.
