In April, I had gone to see my aunt in San Francisco for WonderCon and other things.

She finally sent me all of the pictures from the trip, yay! Please note that these are thumbnails and you have to click on them to make 'em bigger. The pictures themselves are really huge, which is why they're thumbnails.

This is a picture of myself, on the right, and another cosplayer who is cosplaying a character named Yotsuba. I'm dressed as a character from Touhou, a Japanese computer game. The character's name is Yukari.

This picture is of me again, and that's my aunt next to me. She is cosplaying as Chihiro from Spirited Away.

Me yet again, with a Ran cosplayer. Ran being the one on the left in the white and blue. Her character also comes from Touhou, so it was really exciting running into her!

Apologies for the blurriness, but this is an example of a booth at WonderCon! Look at all the merchandise! It's all Cars stuff, so this is for you, Kooshie/Princess Amri!

There was also a preview of the D-Arts Mega Man X figure there, but all the pictures we got were very blurry, so I can't post any. I do actually have said figure, though!

Non WonderCon pictures in another post.

So, after WonderCon and how much fun it was (Got so much loot, too! And by loot, I mean merchandise), we went to Japantown, which is San Francisco's Japanese centered town. Like Chinatown, but Japanese!

They had a replica of a famous Japanese castle in their main mall, although I can't remember which castle it is based off of. That's me in the picture! Bet you couldn't tell!

We stopped at a store called Ichiban Kan. They had a lot of bento making equipment there! And bowls. Lots and lots of bowls. They had two whole isles of nothing but bowls! And Japanese snack food, too.

We then went to the Exploratorium, which has a lot of hands on science experiments and just all around fun! I messed around with a bunch of stuff, but the sound exhibit was the best.
