Ok...

We got these straight run. Any idea what their colors are? Is the light one a blue splash? The other black? Also, do y'all think we have a bearded lady?

We think the dark one is a roo... or do non-bearded pullets have waddles?

The bearded one has almost no waddles, but we just can't tell.

These babies are about 16 & 17 weeks. No crowing. They still have their baby voices.

The dark one's face looks JUST like my non-bearded hen, NeeNee. The splash, however, just looks male to me. In stance, expression, tail, it's all boy.
 
I don't know for sure, haven't been with Silkies that long, but the dark one looks like too much of a comb to be a pullet. I'm voting roo on the dark one, and pullet on the black. I have a lot of Silkie hens that carry themselves like that.
 
For those who guessed...

The splash recently started crowing (about a week ago at 19 weeks old). He sounds like an old car horn from the 20's-30's. Arunhnhnh - uh. much funnier than cockadoodle doo.
Now it's down to the blue... Is she still Louise? Or will those waddles make that chicken a Lewis?
