Well everyone it's that time again!

Tomorrow i take Lisa frizzle eggs and one green NN egg off the turner

Then tuesday i take Tori silkie eggs off the turner and Charlie's buff silkie eggs come off the turner

Then i take the bobwhite eggs off the turner on thursday then i take the pheasant eggs off the turner friday and then i take the button and coturnix quail eggs off the turner saturday then i take the new set of silkie eggs from Tori off the turner on september 3rd!

wooo i'm tired just writing that..lol

ok after thinking carefully about this hatch i want each chick to have it's chance at hatching so i'm going to be doing the egg carton method for all the chicken eggs and pheasant and coturnix quail eggs that way as the chicks are hatching they wont be rolling the other eggs all over the place...

This will be my first time trying the egg carton method so i'm a little nervous about it..lol

As i always do i will be updating every second during the hatching and there will be TONS! of pics

( all the hatches will be posted on this thread )

This is a big hatch so i need all my BYC buddies to go through it with me

Not a lot!!!! I have one silkie (all the others didn't survive shipping) and 5 of my mom's mixed babies. She is trying a new rooster and he is young, a lot of the eggs weren't fertile.

I have heard them drop (HARD) my box of eggs on my porch before ringing the bell on more than one occasion. Wish I had a local source for what I want.

Wow BB! I am really excited for you too! I can't wait to see more of Lisa's frizzles and the NN!

and I think I want some of Tori's eggs this spring so I can't wait to see how those look.

This is like watching someone open birthday presents! Not quite as fun as your own - but still exciting.

i'm building my own brooders this time so i'm about to stop pass the Lowes for somethings and i'll take pics of that once i'm done making it and theres a few more thing i gotta stop and get for these babies.. this is to exciting

Christy your baby silkie you have to come up with a name for her since she's the only one left i'm sure your son will do that but help him pick a good one for this little tropper
