I call these peepers the Accidental Seramas. They were a shipping oops, but had to throw em in the bator.... what else could a girl do?
I understand that Seramas can be difficult to hatch and during incubation, we had a power outage for 5 hours. I took them out of the bator, put them in a covered roaster with warm water, wet warm towels, covered it, wrapped the whole shebang in a quilt and crossed my fingers. When the power came back, I threw em back in the bator. Well 10 out of 13 hatched... HOLY WOW! Marie Martin has some fertile eggs for sure!
The last one jumped out of the buggy as I was trying to get some cute shots. Only 9 in the photo because the last one is still drying in the bator.
