I'am not an expert on it. My husband has diabetes . More than welcome to pm me. We are doing pretty good on keeping it under control

wendyspace, please post what works for you. DH has a collection of health problems (I blame him stressing out over his job). Diabetes, high blood pressure, high chloresterol, 50 lbs overweight, the works. His big downfall is food. I am at wits end with him.
Blood sugar problems run both sides of our family.

I'm not sure if you are looking for info about type 1 or type 2, but I've had type 1 for 15, going on 16 years. Feel free to PM me any questions. I've been through the works and I know the disease pretty well.
