Drooling duckling

My 10 day old Pekin duck is drooling. It's clear and its coming out his nose and mouth. I put him in the bathroom sink so he could clean his nose out, which he did right away but after I dried him off he started drooling again.

What could be wrong with him. Is there anything I can do?

Probably a common cold. Our ducks get that once in a while. Vet told us just to keep an eye on the duck to make sure he's eating and drinking when we asked about it. Make sure he has a waterer that is deep enough to submerge his entire bill and he should be fine.
 
Very young ducklings spit up and drool... it's like a reflex, especially when you pick them up.. That's normal for little guys. If he keeps doing it as he gets older, it may be a problem
