We don't host chat on our servers, but we pay a 3rd party company to do so. Unfortunately when chat is down all we can do is submit a support ticket and wait.
Didn't realize how attached I am to all the chicken tenders in chat.

The simple answer: host it all here! Get those Google and Reviewum ads off the site and it'll be so much faster!
