I hope I got these pics on here correctly.

I did the thumbnails to click on so it won't take up so much room... I am new to BYC and to having chickens in general.

I also recently purchased some bantam chicks from TSC and need some positive ID on the breeds if possible... And I sincerely hope they turn out to all be hens! I don't want to annoy the neighbors with roosters crowing. We are in town!

These 3 pics are of sparrow. She has a chipmunk strip and some black around her eyes. And a little strip on her head. Her feet are kind of a light grey. Her baby fuzz really lays tightly to her, she's not really fuzzy at all. I'm thinking she might be a dark cornish bantam, that would be preferrable to an old english game but I really hope she's neither.

These 3 pics are of Nugget. She's really speckled and her feet are a darker grey than sparrow's. I hope she's an easter egger bantam. I can't find another chick like her except for a golden sebright, but I think her feathers that are coming in are too dark.

These last 2 are of Rex. I am 99.99% sure she's a Mille Fleur Belgium Bearded De' Uccle. She's got the little beard and cheek tufts, she's feather legged and looks exactly like the pics of the chicks I have seen of them. But I would still like some confirmation.

The first chick looks like an Easter Egger. I know, I have 8 in my brooder right now, lol. Only mine are standard size. The second chick it's harder to tell, but if I had to wage a guess, I would say Sebright? And yes, the third is a d'Uccle. Next time you post your pics, go all out and go for the largest size that you can post at. It helps us get a closer look at defining features like leg color, markings, combs, etc. On that second chick, what is the comb starting to look like? Is it coming in kinda flat and bumpy, or is it a straight comb? You got your babies from TSC, but do you know which hatchery they order from exactly? If it's Mt. Healthy then the middle chick could possibly be a Golden Laced OEGB. From last year's stock that I got at TSC I came home with probably 12 to 14 chicks, of which 6 survived. I still have my 2 Amber Sexlinks (I LOVE those girls!), a homely looking Silkie mixed hen, and a Mille Fleur d;Uccle hen. I also had gotten a Golden Laced OEGB and a Golden Sebright, both roos. They passed away over this winter though. If there is doubt over what your birds are, call TSC and ask them what hatchery they ordered from, and then call that hatchery and ask them what breeds do they have. Cause if it is Mt. Healthy, they don't list all the breeds they have on their website. They just say bantams, and that could be any one of a hundred different breeds, not to mention that they don't always breed for pures. If you can post some bigger pics and try to get the comb and legs, people here can try to wage a better guess. They are adorable though. And Mille Fleurs are sooooo sweet. So are EE's, and my Golden Laced OEGB roo was a real doll. He adored my mother and would fly up onto her lap when she sat out by the coop to be the first to get his treats, but then he would come back and sit with her just because. Even my Sebright was sweet. How old are your babies now?
