Pretty sure that upon further research and inspection, I think I might have given my Dark Cornish to one of the people I went in on the order with instead of an EEer. All 4 birds I have with any kind of brown feathering all have green/grey legs. That is a sign of an EE isn't it? The Dark cornish on the Mcmurray website have yellow legs. Here are pics of the birds just in case, because I am definitely not good at identifying and could be way off the mark. These chicks are about 4 1/2 weeks old.

I have two that look like this, and I am fairly certain they are EEer's.

This one was the original contender for the Dark Cornish.

This one was runner up.

And just for reference, this is what my brother wants to end up with:

Thanks for confirming what I think I already knew. I have already gotten in touch with the other person I ordered with to see if she can identify the DC in her brood so we can switch.

I think this is the one. It's the only one with yellow legs!

This is the oddball EE that we thought was a Buttercup.

Buttercups look a lot like EE's in feathering. You know that "mask" that EE's sometimes have around their eye, Buttercups have little dots.
I thought I had lucked out and they had sent me a 3rd Deleware, lol.
