Hi NewHen!!! They look pretty darn happy! Is it possible and I know its very hard to get photos of our chickens but is there a way to get a side shot and a closer head shot of both?????

I'll get some more photos tomorrow. I have found it's exponentially more difficult to get ONE photo of ONE chick with more chicks in the area. I think I'll try the cardboard box method. Thanks for looking. I'm really hoping for pullets.

Very cute! Don't let them into your succulents lol. I let my chickens free range and they totally left my veggie garden alone and completely trashed my succulents grrr. The little buggers.

Exechequer is a pullet..if it were a roo even at that angle at that age he would be showing off his comb for all to see and I really don't see a comb.By 2-3 weeks the combs are getting big and very red on leghorn roos no matter the color..we have around 100 leghorns running around here so if you would like to send those to me I'll send you my address

My pots of succulents were totally overgrown with plants hanging over the side. Not anymore. Those buggers almost cleaned out one big pot and are working on two others. They're so not afraid of us that I have to pick them out of one pot and than they're running and eating the others in no time. It's some comedy show.

I change my opinion..Checkers A is a roo Checkers B pullet A has a very red comb it should look like B's until close to pol if it were a pullet..you can still mail both to me

The Marans are pullets not a doubt about that one.The roo combs start real quick on the Marans boys
