a great link for avian illnesses.
Most likely nothing with your guy, but I did read on here that some illness does present with redness in the legs (can't remember which ones).
If nothing else - I think it's an interesting site that gives lots of photo examples - helps me to conclude that my hens are fine

When this first showed up on my BO rooster, I was told that it was just testoserone... It comes and goes, so I just assume that is what it is.
