The last 3 black cayugas were spoken for as soon as I walked in today. Beautiful duckies, but not what I'm wanting either. Two weeks ago they had runners, but I wasn't prepared to take home ducks that day. Is there anyplace around Lawrence that gets them in. TSC? Orschlen? Course it'd likely be the same story there as the Ottawa store.
A friend of mine and Willie's ......OH ..... HOtshoe , said they Orschlen in Lawrence had Salmon Faverolle
Which I want
I'm pretty sure Orschlens in Lawrence gets chicks every Tuesday and I think they come from Estes hatchery in Springfield, MO. I was in there yesterday, I think there were some ducks but am not sure, they did have some red layers that were around 3 weeks old marked down to around 1.80 each. i was in the TSC in Lawrence on Saturdayand they had a few chicks, not sure about ducklings but the brooders were set up for them( I didn't look close I was in a hurry). Call em both up!
