Poult can't stand? picture HEAVY

I have an 8 day old Burbon Red poult that suddenly cannot stand up. The legs flop out and the poult sits on its butt. It will eat and drink if I bring it to the food/water. It got wet (I found it sitting in the water dish) and still looks rough from that. The bedding is 2 inches of pine shavings in a brooder tote. I am feeding 24% protein turkey starter (that was the best I could find). Here are a bunch of pics:

You say that the chick is 8 weeks old? Did you mean 8 days old? And it was standing before? Was it injured? Accident?

I'm not sure what could be wrong with it but you're doing the right thing to allow it support with the towel. I see that you found the poultry website that has a pic of the chicken chair. Are you able to make the chicken chair so that the poult will have some support with the sling inside and food and water in the bottle caps? Maybe it needs to get strength in it's legs.

I meant 8 days! The washcloth is cut with leg openings and a poop opening. I have put food/water dishes on it once I found bottle caps.

It was fine and then suddenly it wasn't Its toes are being held in a clenched position so I made chicken shoes. I tried stretching the Achilles tendon too. It got up and walked a few steps with the shoes on and then fell over. I will keep stretching its legs and supporting it. I just don't know at what point culling will be the best solution
