another shot of the metal roof, and entry door to the run, their is a 12" overhang completely around the run now. next step is to install 1/2 hardware cloth around the opening under the roof to keep birds and squirrels from nesting under the roof

I use a half gal milk jug with the bottom cut out and scoop it up. or I unhook the hammock from the hooks and dump in a bucket.
the hammock works really well.
