Gorgeous! I'd love to know about how this color is created, if you have any knowledge to share.
 
Thanks! This color is dun on an extended black base (EE), which basically works the same way as blue, as in 0 doses of dun make black, 1 dose makes dun, and 2 doses makes khaki (much like blue, black, splash). In these line of birds, Phoenix were bred with dun Sumatras many generations back to get the dun coloring. As far as I know this coloration is typically only found in Sumatras, but I'm sure there are other breeds that have it!
