Red does have more lacing than Boyfriend They were recently entered in APA show as Brassy Golds and won Best Variety and Reserve Best Variety at a show where they were giving out 1sts & less even if you were the on;y one of your type.
Red on the Left - 6 months at photo Boyfriend on Right about a year Red has been shown as "Red Laced Blue Cochin" at the Florida State Fair he got Best Variety - with the comment does not show sufficient lacing across back and front (These are the areas were he is blue.)
