This boy holds his wings nice and tight! Good slate undercolor, he's young, I'm assuming due to the amount of fluff at the base of the tail? Comb and wattles are not overly big. Nice leg color and angles to the top line. It's hard to tell from the angle he is standing, but his breast should be well rounded, not flat. He may have a bit of black in the hackles, maybe the reasoning the pullets are showing such strong black markings in their hackles. He has a bit more mottling in the breast than I prefer to see. But I think that is just a personal preference on my part.
And a trick I recently learned to keep SC birds from getting frostbite. Add sugar to their water throughout the cold months and change water daily. It really works!
