It looks great. A few years ago we built the same coop. I definitely like the run you built. You might consider adding a roof. Not sure where you are, but it would help cover in bad weather. You might also find you need a bit more ventilation. We did a ridge vent. If you are using pine shavings, you might find a couple 2x4s blocking the pop door, back doors and nests will help keep the shavings in the coop. My coop article is listed in my profile.
