The other "pet," a buckeye hen who came down with crooked neck just before this picture was taken (she's mostly healed here, although you can still kind of see the swelling in her left, your right, eye). Instead of culling her, as I should have, I kept her as a pet, because she is the only chicken who will jump up onto my lap.
