The Coop- We are getting there! Just need the hardware cloth and a roof! And bedding, finish the nesting boxes, figure out a light source, sand for the dust bath wagon, bind to hold the food, bedding, treats, etc.... Oh my.

The Coop- this was quite the quest for my husband and me. Our friends were pulling up their deck and had a lot of nice thick decking boards to get rid of. We gladly helped!

I was surprised that Charlie, our outdoor cat, doesn't bother the chicks at all. He sniffed at them a couple of times, but now he watches them like entertaining live theater. He is my chicken sitter.
