We ran out of feed just in time for a blizzard that completely snowed in my vehicle. To tide the chickens over, I found everything in my pantry that was even remotely palatable to chickens and put it all together in a big bowl. I had to do this for two or three days before I could finally get my van out of the driveway and go to the feed store.
