Most of our birds (minus the silkies and bantam Ameraucanas) free range after breeding season, and have plenty of space to relax and more than enough grass to munch on. They spend the majority of their daytime in the woods getting out of the sun. Everyone is happy and well taken care of. :)

Beautiful place you have, love your setup for your flock. I use the same nest boxes only mine are blk. the only color Lowes offered.

They really seem attracted to the blue. They cost less than $4 each at Walmart!

Oh wow what a nice setup you have! I would LOVE to have a barn like that- so roomy they can stroll around in there all day if needed!

This is our first year in this location. I will shortly! Snow should be here before Christmas. At least I hope!
