Silkied Ameraucana - not a Silkie cross. Standard size, not bantam. Silkied is a feather type. Some roo's have some red bleed on the wings, some don't. Easier to notice on the splash birds. They need a lower roost, they can't fly. My roosts are set low at 1', 2' & 3'. Not a good idea to let them get wet in cool/cold weather, the feathers soaklike fur & they can't get dry or warm easy. Under 70-75 mine are not allowed in the rain. When it's 80 and over we use a mister and they love to be soaked then
