Cadbury & Carmel on a yogurt break (8.10.13)
Carmel - Had to magnify the lens to get these pics. A tree growing against the chain link along one side of the back yard pushed the fence up enough to allow neighbor's little Schnauzer to pull up fence 2", get in our yard last month. It killed 2 birds & damaged Carmel's right wing & cut her chest badly. She now hides when anyone goes into the run & the part of the yard we fenced off for the birds to free range. She couldn't fly up to the roost for 2wks so I set up one about an inch high for her to use. She's been back on the "group" roost for a week now but her wing is permanently hangs wrong.
