I am getting a new shed to convert to a coop, I was looking at different ways to put up a roost, I never thought of going across the corner, I might do this, thank you. good idea.
Hi again, yes I've made up my mind I'm going to go for the corner idea, I get my shed tomorrow afternoon, so will make a start on it weather permitting then try to have it erected the next day.
I'm afraid I let you down, while I was concerting the shed to a coop, it was easier to do a roost across instead of corner wise, but if things don't work out I still have that n mind.
Whatever works for your birds is the important thing. I am actually using a tension shower rod in one corner. I have the option to move it if I want. It seems to be their favorite perch.
