Goldie or "Golda Meir" is our Buff Orpington and is a bit shy and late to the party as are most that are at the bottom of the pecking order. She seems to mind her P's and Q's but gets curious as well as the others do.
Red ran over as soon as I opened the back or forest side of the coop which is the one I use to change out the water and mess with their food, as well as poop trays.
What are you doing to our coop? Why is it opened up? I didn't know it could do that...
Bikini and Red are the ones that check me out most often, looking for treats or threats. They were a bit wide eyed about the coop being wide open.

All of the girls were curious when I fully opened up the coop to take some photos of it.
Bikini is our Banty EE and is about 1/4 the size of our larger chickens. I thought it would be interesting to see how a "Banty" did among full sized chickens. She definitely holds her own and gets preferential treatment from me and Red/Rhonda our RIR.
Before we even had the Coop finished I made a Roosting area with tree limbs from the forested area of our yard and zip-tied and screwed them to the tarp shaded area that once housed a Doberman in a dog house and pen.
