Here is the hoop house with the ends on. The ends are 1/2 plywood. I screwed the whole sheet to the base once the hoops were on, traced the arc, then took the sheet off and cut it with a jig saw. I eyeballed the door with a circular saw.
See here how the bottom 3" are pounded flat, pre-drilled, then screwed to the base
Hardware cloth is overlapped by one square then ziptied to the conduit. I put several close together at the base and space them out further towards the top. If you had a heavy predator load, i would put many zipties on.

Firmly work the pipe around the arc. The end will not stay put, but this is accounted for when you attach the hoop to the base
