Liver has lobes
Red lung tissue. It's shaped around the ribs you see underneath it. Red tissue at the bottom of the photo is Kidney tissue. They sit alongside the spinal column. These seem enlarged to me, but I'm not 100% sure on that.
Liver removed. Numerous yellow lesions; these aren't normal.
The liver should be roughly this colour all the way through but this one isn't. Blood vessels clearly visible here.

Liver cut through. No pus or anything in the yellow areas. Tiny round dark patches are the blood vessels sliced open
Black sac in the centre of the picture is the Gall Bladder. It secretes digestive juices
Abnormal liver.
