Pure English Silver Lace Orpington Rooster, Skip is his name, he was brought over by Bob Follows of England. Bob took the fragile eggs and hatched them in the Netherlands and as they hatched and grew sent them to the USA. Skip is a perfect example of the Pure English Silver Laced Orpington. He is rather Large in size weighing at a top weight of 16 pounds. With a massive wing span, Skip is a gentle giant. We are extremely proud that Mark and Bob trusted us in giving Skip such a loving home. Skip has had numerous offspring's through the years, as Skip has ages he has become our barn yard mascot that enjoys wondering the farm with his hens and greeting everyone that approaches him. Skip is a very important part of our family and will live out his life here on our farm in Washington State.
Skip is one of a kind wit his enormous size and his very nature way, He is very gentle and passes this down to his offspring's, Skip is a one of a kind. We are so thankful that Skip so gentle, our farm is open to people coming to see our precious and his off springs! Thank You! Come see us!
