New Year's Day These 2 weren't sure what to do. I put them out with the others and they were up and running.
New Year's Day They've been out long enough...everyone begins to get cold and they let mom know it! (Its in the 20's today). Mom hunkered down in this corner and they all went under to get warm.

New Year's Day Later, after warming up, Little Gray comes out for some food I put there. Mom calls them out to eat.... Little Gray is out the most today. This baby always comes when mom calls, "dinner!". (Makes me wonder if it's a boy!!!!

New Year's Day I brought 3 new Swedish Flower Hen chicks home on New Year's Eve and placed them under mom with our original hatch after dark to see if she'd accept them as her own. Here, the sun is just coming up and the Babies coming out for the first time. Mom isn't even out of the nest yet... The yellow is our hatch; the other is one of the new kids. That is a little bit of scrambled egg there on the mat.
