Oviedo, Florida is a chicken friendly town. We have a local population of a few dozen birds who populate our small community. The bravest, and funniest, are the roosters who protest outside of Popeye's Chicken. Here they are today in the shade as it is hot. They will stand outside the front doors and shake patrons down for fries.
