Turn bird and cut free the skin flap over the abdomen and any remaining attachments around the rectum.
Make sure all attachments along the spine and sides of the pelvis are free.
Run fingers and knife around pelvic opening, keeping fingers between the knife and colon...some of these attachments can be pulled loose by hand and some will need to be cut with a knife. Keep your knife close to the pelvic bones.

Cut through base of tail to release the hide from the carcass there.
Skin has been removed all the way to the tail head.
After detaching head from neck, grasp hide and pull straight down the back hard, clear to the tail.
