There is the door for the girls. And it is still isn't up yet due to the weather. Rain or shine this weekend it is getting done!

Reinforced the old run. Try to save a buck. The girls don't care they just want out of that coop!

Well the ramp is on and holes drilled to cut the door out, but weather is not permitting! RAIN! I guess I shouldn't complain I didn't have to water the garden! We are not attaching the run to the building we are going to build what I keep calling a tunnel for them to get into the run. And after all this is done we are going to do all the little trim and decorating. (That's my job) If you look at the corner of the building it is sticking out a little at the bottom. We are going to jack it up and move the brick back that is blocking it from tightening down. Just a few little things to do, all and all I am proud of my hubby he has done a wonderful job! Slow but wonderful!

This is what happens when hubby starts drilling on the outside of the coop. They all huddle together.

They love being put on the roost.

5 week old BA. Very brave today jumped up on my shoulder. I keep wondering about this one weather or not it is a hen or a roo. If it is a hen I would lay money on her winning the pecking order and being the lead. She is always the first one to rare up and warn the others of danger.
