Same Sebby/Toulouse mix.
This was sold to me as a gray sebastopol. Come to find out AFTER the fact that it's crossed w/a Toulouse and I am not a happy camper. Needless to say, this bird is now up for sale if anyone wants to work on it or just wants a cheap pet.
