I love this set up and wish that I could find out more details. I want to separate my 4 roos and their hens, but everything out there requires huge investments. I can see doing something similar to this, building the runs first and then adding the coops. I have an 8x8 coop with an attached predator proof run that is 30 x30.
time to get out the sketch pad!
Nice job. Not sure how the chicken wire worked for you, but I would suggest Hardward cloth.
