hot tub crate. Used about 5 of these, gave me all the structural lumber I needed other than the tall PT posts that elevates the coop.
"tyvek" from the atv crates that I used to prevent drafts
chicken tractor that I got for free on craigslist. Reused all the hardware cloth, and stainless steel screws. Didn't need to buy any hardware cloth with helped the budget the most. The doors on the tractor were used as the frame for my enclosed pen and the hatch to get inside of it.

the base to a snowmobile crate, all 2x3s and 1x3 lumber, even reused the screws.
Used about 20 pallets to get the floor and the sides, takes a lot of them to get very little usable lumber.
