@happy duck I just have examined her a bit more thoroughly and it doesn't look good!
Her leg is entirely paralyzed. I can spread out her foot, i can move the leg around without any resistance and if i hold her only by the legs she is pulling up only with her left leg.
I am planning to let her swim so that i can see if she can move the leg at all.

That sounds like a great plan! You might want to post a thread to see what some others say about it. You definitely don't want that little one having to go around with a bad leg. Let me know how she/he does(do you know genders yet).
