The outside front of the coop, almost completely finished (just adding pullies to each vent door for easy opening).
The completed nests. Each is 18" deep, 16" wide, and 15" tall/opening, with a 4" front piece to keep eggs and bedding inside (total front height including front lip is 19").
Nest base and end piece secured.
The bottom of my nests. I covered them with some old laminate/fake tile flooring pieces that I had sitting around to protect the wood a little.

The cheap vinyl flooring that I just glued down (it will be covered in shavings soon).
A close up of the locks I found that were cheap and easy to install BUT won't just fall open!
